telberry.com gives you 100% satifaction with your purchase of our product. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we would be happy to do an exchange or return for you.

EXCHANGES

If you purchased an item(s) from telberry.com and want to exchange it for a different size, you can do so by ordering the item(s) again and return the wrong item(s) within 14 days of receiving the shipment, to the address below with a copy of your original receipt and a written explanation of the items you would like. Please contact our info@telberry.com prior to returning the item to check availability. Your exchanges will processed like RETURNS stated in next paragraph.

RETURNS

Item(s) purchased from telberry.com must be returned in new, unused condition in order to receive a refund, within 14 days of receiving the shipment.

To return an item(s) for a refund, you can send the item(s) at your own cost to the address below with a copy of the original invoice and a written explanation of why the item(s) is being returned. A refund will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable and all returns are subject to a 10% handling fee. Here is the example:

Refundable amount = Purchase Price - shipping charges - 10% of the item(s)' original price for handling fee.

Refundable amount = USD25 ( assumed discount offer applied) - USD5 (Ship to US Address)  - (5% x USD28) = USD25 - USD5 - USD2.8 = USD17.2

All refund(s) are subjected to telberry.com's final decision.
